The U.S. Embassy in Khartoum processes applications for all categories of non-immigrant visas (NIVs), including visas for tourism, study, business travel, medical treatment and certain types of temporary work.

Visa interviews
With the exception of government officials and diplomats traveling to the United States to conduct official business, all visa applicants must schedule an appointment for an interview at the U.S. Embassy.

New location of U.S. Embassy Khartoum
The U.S. Embassy in Khartoum is located on Block 088, Kilo Asharah, Soba, off Wad Medani Highway. Consular visitors should use the separate entrance at the east end of the complex that is marked for consular services. Applicants must complete a CEAC application prior to scheduling an appointment.
